Picture Wheel Co has teamed up with renowned artist Ben Horton to focus a wheel series with graphics of Australian animals that are in danger of extinction from the recent 2019-2020 summer bush fires.
Ben designed the 3 animals in danger of extinction from the recent bush fires being the brush tailed rock wallaby, the greater glider and the glossy back cockatoo along with also including the Australian national treasure, the Koala. It's estimated the extinction of the Koala bear has been accelerated forward to 2050 from the devastating impact from the bush fires!
All profits from the sales by Picture Wheel Co will be donated and rather than blanketing funds accumulated from this range of product and donating to a larger wildlife fund, we have picked local wildlife organisations who are not for profit and specifically with these animals and each design will go tot he chosen organisation to get the best coverage towards funding the animals being cared for, rehabilitated and released back into the wild.
To achieve maximum fnds to donate to this cause, we are also making a small apparel range along with having a launch night where we will auction off the original artworks, which are graphite on white sketch paper with a souple of torn edges by Ben Horton, framed in San Diego CA, USA.
